The 246 Dino was first shown at the Turin Motorshow in 1969. In 1972, at the Geneva Motorshow the open-top GTS variant made it's debut.
In total 1,274 Dino 246 GTSs were produced, 235 of which were right hand drive.
This 246 Dino chassis number 06364 was delivered to the then UK importer Maranello Concessionaires in May 1973. The car was then registered on it's current license plate for the first owner Mr Crompton.
In March 2013 at 23,021 miles, Carrs Ferrari carried out a full gearbox rebuild, replaced all camshafts, fully timed the engine, carried out valve clearances, replaced CV boots, overhauled steering rack, replaced clutch assembly and replaced engine mounts.
Throughout the latter half of 2013 this Dino was stripped down and fully repainted in Ferrari Blue Sera Metallic.
In October 2014 at 23,099 miles, Carrs Ferrari carried out an oil service, full timing and valve clearances, fitted a replacement set of valve guides and replaced all head studs. The vehicle has spent the last 3 years being professionally stored and is now offered to market in outstanding condition.
